Please carefully read the terms and conditions before using (Beautel) application, as its purpose is to serve our customers as follows: The customer must fill out the electronic registration form when using the application, ensuring that any information provided is accurate and specific, especially the phone number. Any changes to this information, for any reason, require the customer to update their data and membership information on the application immediately or inform the customer service team. This data is considered an acknowledgment by the customer that it is personal and not impersonating any other identity. In case of violation, the management has the freedom to deal with the offending customer accordingly.
  2. Personal Contact Information: (Beautel) application will request the following information for application use: name and phone number. Therefore, it is essential to register accurate and non-fictitious information. We may use data analysis, tracking, promotion, and statistical publishing.
  3. When using this application, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and restricting access to your mobile device. You agree to be responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password. Do not give your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that the application is not responsible for others accessing your account due to theft, misuse, or hacking.
  4. (Beautel) application provides a service that centralizes booking points for home-based Beautel and care businesses throughout the Sultanate of Oman.
  5. This application acts as an intermediary between home-based Beautel centers and customers and is not responsible for any violations by home-based Beautel centers and users.
  6. Note that these terms and policies do not govern the relationship between (Beautel) application and our partners in home-based Beautel businesses. If you are currently a partner or wish to register your home-based Beautel business, please refer to the partner terms provided to you during registration.

  1. (Beautel) application provides a service that involves providing a centralized booking point for home-based beauty and care establishments across the Sultanate of Oman.
  2. Home-based business owners are required to carefully read the terms and conditions before registering and providing services through (Beautel) application for our customers, as follows: Home-based business owners must fill out the electronic registration form when using the application. Afterward, they must ensure that any information provided by the service provider is true and accurate. In the event of any change in this information, for any reason, home-based business owners must update their data and membership information on the application immediately or inform the customer service team. This data is considered an acknowledgment by the service provider that it is private and not for others and does not impersonate any other person. In case of violation, the administration has the freedom to deal with the establishment violating this clause.
  3. Information that (Beautel) program will request from service providers: Home business trade name and registration number, phone number, email, and address. Therefore, it is necessary to commit to registering accurate and non-fictitious information, with full responsibility for registering any incorrect information. (Beautel) application may use data analysis, tracking, promotion, and statistical dissemination methods.
  4. When using this application, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and restricting access to your device. Thus, you agree to be responsible for all activities that occur within the scope of your account or password. Do not give your account to any other person or entity. You also acknowledge that the application is not responsible for third parties accessing your account due to theft, misuse, or breach.
  5. This application operates as an intermediary between home beauty centers and customers and is not responsible for any violations that may occur between the home-based beauty center and the application users.
  6. Registering your establishment in (Beautel) application constitutes your agreement to this contract and its terms. Consequently, you must not use the application if you do not agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this contract. Additionally, you must represent your establishment appropriately in front of customers.
  7. In the event of non-compliance with booked appointments, (Beautel) application is not responsible for any legal action taken by customers against you. You bear full legal responsibility. You must clarify to the application management the reasons for not complying with appointments and cooperate with the application management to schedule a new suitable appointment for the client. If the client wishes to cancel the reservation, it is subject to the application's cancellation policy and customer terms.
  8. Familiarize yourself with the policies and terms for customers benefiting from the service and operate accordingly so that your establishment is aware of customer rights towards you.
  9. In the event of the inability to provide the service to the client and the inability to reschedule due to circumstances beyond everyone's control, such as force majeure and deaths, the establishment must refund the full amount promptly, not exceeding 14 business days. When the client misses the appointment without prior notice, rescheduling is allowed just once and only with the acceptance of the service provider. If the client does not attend after rescheduling, they are not entitled to a refund.
  10. Your establishment must not use the application for activities that violate the laws in force in the Sultanate of Oman. (Beautel) application reserves the right to report any suspicious activity violating the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. The application has the right to withdraw access and cancel the account if the registration is for reasons of harm to any other establishment, client, or the application in any form.
  11. (Beautel) application is not responsible in case the application is not available at any time. Access through the application may be temporarily suspended without notice in the event of system malfunctions, maintenance, or repairs beyond the control of the application management. This includes the inability to access the application due to network failures.
  12. Security: We take the security of your information seriously and implement appropriate security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, data modification, or disclosure. However, it should be noted that sending information over the Internet is not entirely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the complete security of your private information sent through the application. We do not provide any warranties, and we disclaim our responsibility to the extent permitted by law. We do not confirm or guarantee that the websites or the application will be error-free, virus-free, or free of other harmful components. You should take your own precautions in this regard. In any case, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from attacks, hacking, viruses, or other harmful technological materials that may affect your devices, such as phones, tablets, computers, software, data, or other materials, due to your use of (Beautel) application. We will make every effort to protect your private information, but we cannot guarantee the security of your transmitted data to our platform. However, we will use strict measures and security features related to this data.
  13. (Beautel) application acts only as an intermediary between home-based business establishments and customers seeking services. It does not involve any other commitment, (Beautel) application exercises due care to ensure the continuity of service for customers and the benefit of home-based business establishments providing the service.
  14. (Beautel) application reserves the right to deactivate the accounts of home-based business establishments in case of violating the application's terms and conditions or when any inappropriate or offensive behavior occurs towards (Beautel) application team, whether by phone or any other means of communication. The application also reserves the right to refuse or cancel the service, terminate accounts, and remove or modify content on its own and at its discretion.
  15. We ensure that we do not compel home-based business establishments to provide a monetary refund if the customer is dissatisfied with the service or if it does not meet the customer's expectations. Nevertheless, we will work together to ensure customer satisfaction with the service they receive or will receive in the future, benefiting both your establishment and the application.
  16. To ensure compliance with all reservations, (Beautel) application, in collaboration with home-based business establishments, reserves the right to reschedule only once, provided that the request is made at least (7) days before the intended change date. The appointment rescheduling service can be utilized according to Clause (17). (Beautel) application strives to maintain the schedules of establishments and meet customer needs in the best possible way and within the available time for you.
  17. (Beautel) application does not offer cancellations and monetary refunds. Instead, it allows users to modify bookings through the application only once.
  18. To ensure everyone's commitment to reservation schedules, (Beautel) application, in collaboration with home-based business establishments, reserves the right to postpone any booking that is more than (15) minutes late to another time on the same day, in coordination with other clients. (Beautel) application works diligently to maintain establishment schedules and meet customer needs in the best possible way and within the available time.
  19. If the customer misses the scheduled appointment without prior notice for more than two hours, the service fee will be forfeited, and the appointment will be canceled. The customer will need to book a new appointment, and (Beautel) welcomes establishments to collaborate with customers, if possible, to provide the service after their delay without conflicting with other clients.
  20. How do we use information about your establishment? We use private information to provide customers with requested services and products, process payments, provide customer services, deliver content and advertisements, notify you of important changes on our platform, or take steps related to the contract. This may also include sending information about appointments (such as appointment reminders via SMS or email), facilitating customer reservations and receiving payments, answering questions, and passing on some establishment-specific information to customers for promotion and communication between parties.
  21. Some information may be exchanged with other parties, but rest assured that we treat your private information with the utmost care. We will never sell your private information under any circumstances. However, we may disclose your private information to specific third parties, including:
    1. To service providers performing functions on our behalf related to the platform or our business operations, such as payment and other services as a second platform.
    2. To government authorities as required by law or allowed, such as responding to court orders. We may also disclose user information when we have reason to believe that a party is interfering with our rights or property.
  22. (Beautel) application reserves the right to modify the terms, conditions, and terms of use at any time. Please review the terms and conditions before renewing the contract with the application, and whenever there are updates to the program, you will be subject to the prevailing terms of use at that time.
  23. (Beautel) application will periodically update the program, and therefore, we may change the content at any time without notifying you. The application also reserves the right to withdraw, change, suspend, or add any feature it deems beneficial to home-based business establishments or even (Beautel) application users at any time without notice.
  24. The materials and information published on the application, whether from customers or home-based business establishments, are not authenticated publications and should not be relied upon. Therefore, we disclaim all liability arising from any reliance placed on this information to the maximum extent permitted by all applicable laws in the Sultanate of Oman.
  25. You are responsible for making all necessary arrangements to access and view this website and the application. We recommend that you have up-to-date antivirus software on any device you use to access (Beautel) application.
  26. Password and Account Security: You are responsible for the safety and security of your password and login details to help protect against unauthorized access to the establishment's account. It is recommended to securely store your username and password. If you suspect any unauthorized access to the establishment's account, you should notify us immediately through our specified channels. Regardless of any other terms related to our right to disable or block access to the establishment's account, we reserve the right to disable or block the account at any time if unauthorized access is suspected.
  27. Intellectual Property: All content included in the (Beautel) application or available through it is exclusively owned by the application, and it is protected under the laws applicable in the Sultanate of Oman and international intellectual property laws. The (Beautel) application retains all intellectual property rights on our website and application. Your use of (Beautel) and our materials is subject to the following restrictions: You must not remove any copyright or other proprietary notices from the materials. Do not use any materials from the website or application in a way that may violate any copyright, intellectual property rights, or proprietary rights of us or any third party. Do not cause the use of automated systems or programs to extract content or data from this website or application, except in cases where your institution or any third party is authorized in a directly written license agreement with us allows such activity.   30. Content of Home-Based Businesses: (Beautel) application may contain advertisements provided by you. In this case, you are legally responsible for the content of these advertisements and images, ensuring their compliance with all laws and regulations, without any liability on the part of (Beautel)application. We are not directly or indirectly responsible for the content, accuracy, or opinions expressed on such websites or the standards of goods or services available.
  31. Please remember that when using any link to navigate from the application to another website, our terms and policies will not apply.

We do not provide any representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability regarding the information, products, services, or images provided by you to customers. Any reliance you place on this information is at your own and the customer's responsibility. We will not be liable in any circumstances for direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages or any damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of information, products, services, or other items.
  33. Payment: When customers use our online payment facilitation, it will be done through the (Thawani) platform. Thawani platform may store your credit and debit card details securely through a payment processor.
  34. Applicable Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. The Omani courts in Muscat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising out of or related to the use of (Beautel) application. The law will apply to the terms of use of the website and the application.
  35. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge your acceptance of these terms and conditions, committing to comply with all relevant laws related to the use of the application.
